Toshiba announces a new series of tablets running Android 4.0
Today Toshiba has announced the imminent launch in May or June, at least, of the new “Excite” series of Android Tablets.
These tablets will be offered in three different sizes: 7.7-inch, 10-inch, and 13-inch and they will be carrying Android 4.0 (codename Ice Cream Sandwich).
